Randhurst Village is a redevelopment of an existing enclosed mall, Randhurst Mall. The redevelopment converted the enclosed mall into an open-air shopping center that includes a theater, quick service restaurants, anchor tenants and multi-tenant in-line commercial buildings. The Project is located at the northeast corner of Rand Road and Illinois Route 83 (Elmhurst Road) in Mount Prospect, Illinois.
Professional Architectural and Engineering services for the redevelopment of Randhurst Mall were provided by out-of-state firms. D.Z.A.’s participation in the Project occurred in the latter stages of the Project and was limited to preparing drawings for construction of shell building work and interior tenant build-out improvements for an 18,300 S.F. building for occupancy by World Market, preparing drawings for construction of interior build-out improvements for various tenants, and, providing construction administration services for the World Market building. D.Z.A. also provided preliminary site planning services for proposed development of outlot parcels.
