Principals

Ralph DeLuca, Jr., AIA

Mr. DeLuca is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelors Degree in Architecture, presented to him in 1988. This Degree holds an emphasis in Building Technology with Design and Structures as supplemental components.

Mr. DeLuca is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the National Fire Protection Association and NCARB. He, also, is involved with the State of Illinois Urban Search and Rescue Team as a Structures Specialist.

Henry Zuwala, ALA

Mr. Zuwala is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelors Degree in Architecture, presented to him in 1979. This Degree holds an emphasis in Building Technology with Design and Structures as supplemental components.

Mr. Zuwala is a member of the Association of Licensed Architects, International Code Council and NCARB.

Mr. DeLuca and Mr. Zuwala, each, have over 35 years of professional experience in architecture pertaining to various building types, with their primary focus on retail-oriented Projects.
