D.Z.A.’s services for this project included site planning for the entire development, preparing drawings for construction of shell building work and interior tenant build-out improvements for a 20,000 S.F. building for occupancy by Staples, preparing drawings for construction of interior build-out improvements for various tenants, and, providing construction administration services for the Staples building. Site planning services were a significant component for the development and success of this Project. The objective was to develop a plan that maximized gross leasable area for the in-line portion of the shopping center and create “pods” for quick service restaurants and free-standing multi-tenant commercial buildings. The town center concept of the site plan also includes a social gathering space for local artisans and community organizations.
