This Project included the overall renovation of the existing facade to include design features more representative of south Florida massing and color palette. The scope of the project included a facade renovation of the entire existing development. The scope also included the demolition of approximately 20,000 S.F. of unleasable residual space from the previous Albertson’s space to create multiple new mercantile spaces on the south main street frontage. Also included within the project scope was the design of a new 3,600 S.F. outlot building matching the scale, proportion and detailing of the main renovated facade.
