The Crossings at Four Corners is an open-air shopping center located at the northwest corner of South Cobb Drive and Concord Road SE in Smyrna, Georgia. Tenants located in the shopping center include Kroger, Pet Supplies Plus and various small shop tenants.
This Project included several components associated with the renovation and partial redevelopment of The Crossings at Four Corners. The first component included preparing demolition drawings of a portion of the shopping center in order to accommodate construction of a new Kroger food store. D.Z.A.’s services for the second component of the renovation included preparing façade renovation drawings for in-line shops adjacent to Kroger. The original architecture of the existing shopping center included a wood clad canopy/signband and column covers. The new design included modifying the heights of the existing canopy/signband, providing a new EIFS facade and new masonry column covers. D.Z.A’s services also included preparing several site plan layouts for new outlot parcels.
