This Project included the overall renovation of the existing facade to include design features more representative of south Florida massing and color palette, however, respecting the northern Florida project location. The original shopping center was constructed in the early 1970’s as a single Tenant lease space. With current leasing trends, the Owner desired to be able to lease to three mini-anchors, each with an independent feature creating a sense of entry. This effort also included the constraints of working in tandem with an open and operating Beall’s mercantile store.
