Services provided by D.Z.A. included site planning, preparing construction documents, and, providing construction administration services for the 8,000 S.F. multi-tenant building, located at the southwest corner of 120th and S. Cicero Avenue. The exterior building design can be considered traditional retail architecture that includes face brick, storefront and EIFS as its primary building materials. Areas above the storefront entrances include standing seam metal awnings and flat metal canopies with threaded hanger rods and turnbuckles. The building includes a drive-thru feature that was originally intended for a specialty coffee tenant. Tenants currently occupying the building include ATI Physical Therapy and Jimmy John’s.
