The Project included the interior renovation of a previous mercantile store in the main level of a multi-floor building located in the heart of the Miami Modernist (Mi-Mo) architectural district. The architectural design of the exterior was replicated within the interior with the assistance of the Tenant’s design team.
This Project included the complete renovation of the interior of the space based on the Owner’s desire to create an entertainment venue with billiards tables and ping pong tables. The interior of the space was developed in both the Art Deco and the Miami Modernist architectural styles.
