Project Narrative

This Project is the 18,000 S.F. free-standing, multi-tenant commercial building located at the northwest corner of Century Plaza. The site plan and building were designed with Panera Bread as the endcap tenant to accommodate outdoor seating/dining. Subsequently, interior operations for Panera Bread were reconfigured to accommodate a drive-thru component. In addition to Panera Bread, current tenants include Qdoba Mexican Grill and Plato’s Closet.

Design components of the building include storefronts, an EIFS signband and fabric awnings. The EIFS signband includes horizontal reveals and an earthtone color scheme. In additional to preparing Construction Documents for this project, D.Z.A. also provided site planning and construction administration services.
