Project included the renovation of the existing shopping center facade to include new architectural features, design elements and a modern color palette. This existing shopping center included an existing grocery store, clothing store and numerous specialty shops and a second story office space core.
This Project included the overall renovation of the existing facade to include design features noted previously. A major design component of the renovation included the re-branding of the existing grocery store tenant. The new design included an entirely new facade feature consisting of a new structural steel frame and a modernized aesthetic scheme to brand the new Metro Market tenant. The existing structure of the remaining building envelope was maintained and the interior re-designed by the Tenants interior design team.
