This Project included the renovation of the existing shopping center facade to include new architectural features and design elements to create a new streetscape design. This existing shopping center includes a food store, clothing store and numerous specialty shops.
The original shopping center was designed with a continuous exposed timber covered canopy system. This system limited signage opportunities for the Tenants and restricted view of the mercantile tenants therein. In the new design, tenant signage opportunities are better defined, general circulation improved and visibility of the individual spaces enhanced.
