North Heights Plaza is an open-air shopping center that is integrated with adjacent shopping centers. The shopping center is situated on a main commercial corridor and is located north of I-70 on Old Troy Pike in Huber Heights, Ohio.
The scope of the renovation for this Project included subdividing a vacated WalMart for occupancy by Hobby Lobby, Bed, Bath and Beyond and Sears Outlet. D.Z.A.’s services included preparing drawings for demolition of existing interior build-out improvements, construction of new entrance feature elements for Hobby Lobby and Bed, Bath and Beyond, and, preparing interior build-out drawings for Bed, Bath and Beyond’s demised premises. D.Z.A. also participated in the Entitlement Phase for the renovation of this shopping center.
